Resources
Trace each resource from its source to the building or system that consumes it, then fix the first failed handoff instead of adding duplicate production.
Empty at the source means extraction or farming is behind. Full at the producer and empty at the consumer means storage, range, road or hauling is behind.
14 of 14 resource and capacity entries
| Resource | Source | Used by | Storage rule | Common bottleneck |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| RawWater | Well and accessible water service | Population · Farmland | Keep supply close to homes and fields | Distance or missing labor makes an apparently covered district run dry. |
| RawTimber | Accessible tree stands and logging labor | Construction · Workshops · Repairs | Raw-material store near the main building district | Construction can consume the reserve faster than logging and hauling replace it. |
| RawStone | Reachable stone extraction | Construction · Walls · Repairs | Construction store with a short road to the wall corridor | Long wall routes compete with ordinary city construction deliveries. |
| FoodMillet | Seasonal farmland | Population · Seasonal reserve | Granary near farms but connected to housing | Late planting, poor irrigation or insufficient harvest hauling. |
| FoodHerbs | Seasonal farmland | Medicine chain · Hospital | Separate from staple food when filters allow | Medicine production fails when herbs are consumed or stored beyond delivery range. |
| ProcessedMedicine | Processed from medical inputs | Hospital · Disease recovery | Reserve near the hospital | A hospital with workers still fails when medicine is not delivered. |
| ProcessedFuel | Fuel-producing chain | Winter livelihood · Remote logistics | Split between housing reserve and transport demand | Carts and winter consumption can drain one shared store at the same time. |
| ProcessedFertilizer | Agricultural support chain | Farmland fertility recovery | Near the farm belt | Repeated planting can outrun fertility recovery even when workers are present. |
| RawOre | Reachable mineral extraction | Metal processing · Military equipment | Near the first processor | Global stock is irrelevant when the workshop cannot reach the correct input store. |
| ProcessedProcessed Metal | Ore processing workshop | Weapons · Armor · Defensive equipment | Between processor and military workshops | A full processor and empty armory indicates an output or transport handoff failure. |
| MilitaryWeapons | Military workshop | Conscription · Army replacement | Armory or staging store near recruitment | Recruitment should wait until both stock and replenishment are stable. |
| MilitaryArmor | Military workshop | Conscription · Defensive readiness | Armory or staging store | Partial equipment stock can leave a planned recruitment branch incomplete. |
| LogisticsTransport Carts | Logistics production or allocation | Trade Post · Remote routes | At the logistics hub that consumes them | A configured remote route cannot move without spare carts and fuel. |
| LogisticsAvailable Labor | Population not committed elsewhere | Farming · Production · Hauling · Military | Not stored; protect it as operating capacity | Moving workers into a new system can silently break food and delivery loops. |
