Seasonal planner
Check water, planting labor, harvest storage, food, fuel and fertility before a season turns a small shortage into a settlement-wide failure.
A successful harvest still fails when the granary is full or every carrier is busy. Reserve the field-to-storage route before adding more farmland.

Seasonal readiness
Plan before the season changes
Reserve labor and storage before expanding fields. A larger crop area creates no usable food when planting is late, water is missing or the harvest has nowhere to go.
- Confirm every active field has water access.
- Protect planting and harvest labor from new construction.
- Leave granary capacity for the entire incoming harvest.
- Keep food and fuel above the next non-growing-period reserve.
Failure branches
Use the location of the shortage to choose the repair. Empty fields point to water or labor; full fields beside empty storage point to harvesting or hauling; full granaries point to capacity or consumption planning.
- Pause expansion when planting misses its window.
- Move or specialize storage when harvest trips are too long.
- Restore food transport before adding another field.
- Recheck fertility and rotation before repeating the same crop plan.
Completion signal
The plan is ready when fields can be planted and harvested without emergency labor moves, the granary receives the crop, and food plus fuel remain above the next seasonal floor.
- Planting finishes inside the intended season.
- Harvest enters storage without a growing field backlog.
- Civilian hauling continues during the harvest peak.
- The next season starts with a positive reserve.
