Steam lists 40 achievements. Start with natural progression goals, then group faction, policy, combat and collection conditions into separate save branches once their exact triggers are visible in the Steam achievement list.
Route
Do this in order

Open the official Steam achievement list and note unlocked descriptions.

Complete campaign-natural goals before specialized branches.

Create a manual save before mutually exclusive policy or battle choices.

Verify the Steam notification and profile unlock before leaving the run.
If it does not work
If an achievement does not trigger, ensure Steam is online, the condition fully completed and the current mode permits achievements; reload from the branch save before repeating a long route.
Completion signal
The Steam overlay notification appears and the achievement is visible in the official list.
