A workshop is only productive when its recipe, workers, inputs, output destination and demand all align. Add one machine at a time and observe a full cycle.

Secure and store every input before construction.

Connect the workshop by road and assign workers.

Set an output destination and watch for a completed batch.
If it does not work
An idle workshop with workers usually lacks an input, output space or reachable carrier. Fix the specific missing link before duplicating it.
Completion signal
The workshop completes repeated batches and the output reaches its consumer or store.
