Missions and Objectives
Read objectives as dependency checks rather than isolated errands.
Before spending resources on a mission, identify its unlock, required stock, placement condition and completion trigger. Keep a reserve so the objective does not collapse the settlement economy.
Route
Do this in order

Read every objective line and note quantities or prerequisites.

Confirm the required building, policy or production chain is unlocked.

Prepare materials and labor before committing.

After acting, wait for delivery or end-of-cycle triggers before rebuilding.
If it does not work
If an objective does not advance, verify the exact item variant, placement area, delivery completion and whether the game requires the next day or season tick.
Completion signal
The objective updates in the mission panel and the next task or reward appears.
