Conscription readiness

Confirm equipment and replenishment before converting workers into troops. Mobilization is ready only when the civilian economy can keep feeding and supplying the new force.

Stock first, recruit second

Troop capacity is not readiness. Weapons, armor, food, fuel, replacement production and hauling labor must survive the same mobilization.

Conscription readiness

0/8

Resolve the first unchecked dependency before committing.

Prepare the replacement loop

Conscription removes workers from the civilian economy and adds recurring military demand. Stock equipment first, then confirm workshops can replace losses after the first mobilization.

  • Weapons and armor are already stored.
  • Food and fuel remain positive after workers leave.
  • Armories and recruitment buildings share a working route.
  • Replacement production retains workers and input deliveries.

Mobilization failure branches

If recruitment stalls, separate an unlock problem from an equipment or labor problem. If the army forms but the city collapses, the reserve and replacement loop were insufficient.

  • Missing unit option: recheck progression, policy or building unlocks.
  • Recruitment idle: verify exact equipment and reachable storage.
  • Food falls immediately: restore farms and hauling before adding units.
  • Gear cannot recover: return labor to upstream workshops.

Completion signal

Mobilization is ready when the target force recruits, civilian food and fuel stay stable, and the city can begin replacing consumed equipment without dismantling the economy.

  • Recruitment completes without manual deliveries.
  • Civilian services remain staffed.
  • Military stock begins recovering after deployment.
  • A pre-mobilization save remains available.
